How do I add a CAPTCHA button to my site

In the main admin settings page you should see a checkbox nex to each location it can be added to - is that what you need?

I looked in main settings and could not find the checkbox. I need to add the captcha buttons to my site for paypal to continue our account. Can you be more specific.

Hi Becky, the Captcha feature was added in version 6.6.0 is your store updated to at least that.

I have 6.7.1. I reran the update and checked the css file but still do not have the extra options

Click Store Admin > Main Settings and scroll down the page until you get to Google reCaptcha

Hi Becky, I've had a look and those fields are missing as well as the On vacation fields, the other thing I noticed on your site is cardinal commerce is above currency conversion, whereas its the other way around in 6.7.1 . I recommend applying the updater again to the site and check that all files on the server are overwritten with the files from the updater package. After updating the files in the vsadmin folder should have the date that they are replaced with the new files.

I tried re-updating again and nothing changed. I went from 6.5.7 to 6.7.1. Is it possible that I need to backtrack to 6.6 for the upgrade to be effective? If not can you send me another copy of the 6.7.1 incase my copy is corrupteed somehow.

Hi Becky

You won't need to backtrack. Just make sure you have uploaded the vsadmin and css folders to overwrite the ones on the server and have successfully run updatestore.php in your browser. I would go through that process again to make sure.
