I just got this email from a customer:
Just letting you know that your website took my credit card information then led me down a path that did not make sense.... Such as I had to pick an option of delivery between two choices and one was standard delivery (5-7 days), when I had already answered the question of "the date needed" which I put 11-29-17 (funeral), so the 5-7 days did not make sense. The other option was a longer delivery. I exited when I tried to avoid the question, because the screen turned into red print.
Also, when asked if the delivery was to a commercial business, I responded yes, (Furness Funeral Home), but the screen came up with a first and last name to enter...it would only take Furness as the first name and Funeral Home as the last name, so I exited and started over (that was before the payment screen).

Also, I had to enter my data twice which is a red flag for identity theft. I just wanted someone there to know. I went through the Furness Funeral Home link to get to your site.

Please let me know how to proceed. And please let me know if the flowers got ordered.

We are supposed to have this set up to only take payments on paypal. What do you think is happening here?

Are you only using PayPal Payments Standard?

I assume the Date Needed is a custom field you have set up whilst the 5 to 7 days comes from the online shipper, correct?
