Hi on our site wwwDOTsAfetyPRosHop.Com, on the left side menu I have 3 links called pepper spray law, stun gun laws etc. I notice
when I click them on the page opens to a blank and am seeing a small icon in the url that says tracking attempts blocked. This doesn't
happen when I view it locally..

Any ideas on what this could be and why the page is not opening?

Thanks for any help with this..

Regards,

Hi , no. If you look at the menu on the left. Go down to "State Laws" and then click on "Pepper Spray Laws" link. You will see that it takes you to a blank page and in the url there is a little badge that says "tracking attempts blocked" when you hover over it.

Might want to have a word with the host about that. The entire rendered body content of the page appears to be a javascript redirect to a paid domain parking service where they can make money from the domain name that you already pay them for:
quote:
<body>
<div id="partner"></div>
<script type="text/javascript">
document.write(
'<script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript"'
+ 'src="//sedoparking.com/frmpark/'
+ window.location.host + '/'
+ '1und1parking4'
+ '/park.js">'
+ '<\/script>'
);
</script>
</body>

I don't understand. All I did was copy the page link on the top menu called "About" and renamed it.

Why does that page still not open? and why is there the small icon in the url that says tracking attempts blocked.

It looks like those pages don't exist on the server and instead of a regular 404 page your host has sponsored links in their place. I would check the files are uploaded correctly, and to the correct location

Thanks Andy I'll recheck and upload those again.

That's a mystery as all I remember doing was
Copying the about page and then renaming it.

I think Andy's absolutely right and the new page hasn't been uploaded to the server. Pretty extraordinary that the host would redirect your error pages somewhere else for profit though.

While I'm at it I noticed that section on the left I have called state laws is now not visible on my
Mobile device (cell phone). I had replaced what was there which was client login.

Did I take out or leave out a piece of code?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Dan, the mobile version does not display the left column what you can do is add those links in the footer Under Tell me more.
