Irish Site, Euro Transactions

myraltis Advanced Member 190 Posts	Posted - 12/01/2017 : 09:29:07 A client of mine has run a successful ECT based UK site for a couple of years. We have recently launched a similar site for the Irish market that takes payment in Euros. He's been in discussions for months with Capita360 (new name for Secpay / Paypoint) and a company called FirstData who together handle payments on the UK site, trying to set up a way to get Euro payments into his Euro bank account. He's had to jump through countless hoops, but actually taking payments appears to be beyond the wit of these two companies. I've suggested he packs it in and just uses PayPal. Can anyone recommend a way of taking Euro payments into a Euro bank account? Thanks in advance, Tim

Is Metacharge a recognised / supported payment system in ECT? Tim
