moving wp site to new host

I backed up db and installed in onto new host - all ok
I copied all files over to new host
Site does not work any ideas please

Is there an error message of any kind or just blank pages? How did you export / import the databases?

Http 500 error
I imported the database ok .sql and can see it in Plesk
I transfered ALL files over
I put a test.txt file in the root and I can access it ok

I would ask your host if they can turn off the friendly error messaging - that way you can see the real error being masked by the generic 500 error.

Bit stuck on that one Andy, I am on my own VPS using plesk 17 - not sure where to find it. Allother sites on vps are working fine
Any ideas?
Just going to check logs to ensure ALL files did copy over....

I believe that is turned on in the PHP.ini file
display_errors = on
You can always set it to off when you have finished checking.

missing/corrupt LOAD.php file caused the error
