Show Terms and Conditions link not working

Posted - 12/13/2017 : 06:29:26 I've run across an issue on the final checkout page that customers return to if they choose to pay by Paypal Express. That page contains the checkbox for them to agree to the terms and conditions, and a link which is supposed to bring up those terms and conditions in a small box. However, when I click that link, nothing happens, and in the status bar it shows "javascript:showtermsandconds()". This has caused an issue with Paypal Express customers claiming they don't know anything about some of our return and/or shipping policies. How to fix?

What's odd is that for customers who choose "checkout" instead of the Paypal Express button, there's a checkbox on the checkout page there, and the link to review the terms and conditions works perfectly by bringing it up in a popup window. But the same (apparent) link isn't working on the Express checkout page.

I am loathe to do a full update on the store right in the middle of the heavy shopping season, lest something go awry (Murphy's law). Is there a single file I can upload or edit to fix this until I do the full update?

This one only affects stores using PayPal Express and the terms and conditions feature together - any other combination is fine. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software
