Is there a way to have more zones in the Australian weight based shipping rather than the 7 states. Basically for example, the shipping cost to Brisbane in Queensland is hugely different to Cairns in Queensland but from what I can gather we can only use Queensland as a zone rather than section it up so we can add different rules to different parts of a state.

In the Admin States page click on Edit States and there you have the option to edit them and add more.
