Is it possible to reset the number of emails, for a particular customer order ID, sent using the abandoned cart feature back to 0 once the current maximum of 3 is reached?
We use the clickable links generated from the abandoned cart feature where we need to do a special order or pricing for certain customers.
One particular customer has now changed his order requirement 3 times so we can't currently send him a new link under the original order ID for him to complete the checkout process.
