Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 02/13/2018 : 07:48:40 Hi When you set up your free shipping discount, make sure you choose "Restrict to certain countries" in the admin discounts page and then only check the FSA box (Free Shipping Applies) in the admin countries page for USA. If there is additional weight for a product with options then you would enter the additional weight in the product options.
