This is very sorely needed for a number of reasons...

1. Makes a sale much more likely by taking the hassle away from the customer entering details manually... especially on a Phone.
2. Makes a sale slightly more secure by helping to verify the customer identity.
3. Makes it easier to check whether the customer is real or is a scammer with stolen CC's.
