We are seeking a seamless setup which will streamline the awkward way that E commerce provides ( or should say does not provide ) to get paid for an invoice constructed in the Admin. office.
Other than CartSpan is there another one or more that anyone suggests. We have sort of our grown our software, and our products are complex and require that we construct many invoices in the back office ( admin. office ) I tried to find a third party developer who would build in a payment process in the back office, but no one wanted to step up. We now believe that we either have to go to a more sophisticated platform, or integrate our program into QuickBooks.
Appreciate any information .

We use t-hub to import orders into quickbooks.

But why not just have the customer make the payment.
Setup the donations page as a make-a-payment page and send an email link for the customer to make the payment through your website.
We use this feature all the time.
I have a tip in the tips and tricks forum that you can form a link that will populate the fields for the customer.

If you really want to get fancy you can do something like I have - click the link in my profile - click my username and the link is there.

I am having an issue with my invoices from T-Hub/Quickbooks.
I post the payment and it shows up in undeposited funds.
Then when I go to make a deposit, they don't show up in that screen.
It is only the invoices from T-Hub.
I tried to change to a sales receipt, same thing. Shows up in undeposited funds, yet that payment is not available for deposit.
Any clues?

It is possible to tell t-hub what account the payment goes to when exporting from t-hub into quickbooks.
go through the setup again, or ask t-hub how to do that.

Tried recording as a sales receipt.
it shows the customer paid and it is listed in the undeposited funds register.
When I open the deposit screen, nothing is there. I am trying to create a deposit of several payments for one day.
Same thing happens when I download as a invoice then post a payment.
Can't figure it out.
I am doing the same thing that I do for any invoice/ payment not associated with our website.

The is not really a problem with the ect software and something between t-hub and quickbooks.
Do you have any bank accounts setup in quickbooks?
When you setup t-hub, you can tell it what payment account payments go into.
What version of quickbooks are you on?
did you try to contact t-hub?

Did you try "transfer funds" instead of deposit?
