Probably there but I can't find it.

My client wants to receive an notification email to a specific email address when a customers signs up to receive their newsletter.

How do I set that up?

Thanks.

Hi Ray, all email notifications are sent to the email address defined in the admin main settings there isn't a way to define a different email address for specific store emails.

Is there a setting to send the admin email notifications when someone signs up for their monthly newsletter? If so, where do I find that setting or add to a settings file?

Hi Ray

There isn't a feature to be notified by email when someone signs up to the newsletter. It is shown in the dashboard but not via email.

Might be a useful feature for a few people. My client uses IContact for mailings and has to manually check for new signups to update her mailing list.

Thanks for answering.

I'm pretty sure you could accomplish this by using the MailChimp integration. If your client's list isn't too large, they could use a free Mailchimp account.
