My database hase 145 members and I created a new list that shows 0 members. When I tell the new list to sync with my ETC database it replies "No emails to sync - Operation successful".

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Brian

Did you definitely choose "Sync all emails" rather than selected emails?

The only time I've seen something similar was when a client didn't carry out a full update. I know you had a related issue so have yopu now done the full 6.8.5 update and checked all the dates on all the admin files on the server to make sure they show they date of updating?

I didn't do the full update. i just copied the vsadmin folder to the server. Is there anything outside that folder that would make a difference?

Can you have a look at the files on the server and make sure the dates of the files in the vsadmin and inc folders all correspond to the date you updated? The includes.asp and db_conn_open.asp files will show different dates as they are not updater files.

Unfortunately; my office is down to a power outage (high winds on the east coast). My files all say 3/2/18 which is the uploaded date. I'll be back into the office tomorrow with more info. The includes.asp and db_conn_open.asp were not affected.

Hi Brian, the vsadmin/includes and vsadmin/db_conn_open are not included in the updater, we wouldn't want to overwrite those setting.
