Getting the following error when pulling cash

I'm getting this error when I attempt to capture cash: Processing. Please wait... msxml3.dll error '80072f8f' A security error occurred /vsadmin/popupemail.asp, line 112 I also get notice that when I log into my dashboard that the my ecommerce platform could not connect to the server, and I need to look for updates manually.
