Hi

We have logged in to SagePay today and have the following message:

TLS 1.2 Update is coming at the end of March 2018, if you are using our 'Server', 'Direct' or 'Pi' integrations please check with your developer that you are TLS 1.2 ready.

Is this something we need to worry about with our cart? Are we TLS 1.2 ready?

and it came up with the 404 error page.....

It is indeed. Tried it properly and it just had a blank screen.

I would check with your host for TLS1.2 compatibility but also enter the URL here to see what's reported https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/

Hi Andy

I tried that link but it through a wobble. I've contacted our host (Heart Internet) and they've said "All of our SSL certificate supports TLS 1.2 so this should not be an issue"

If it's the site listed in your profile that you're referring to it appears there's no SSL certificate installed.

You won't have any issues with Heart Internet in respect of TLS

I'm host many sites with Heart Internet, quite a few are e-commerce websites running ECT, have done so since 2007, and never had any issues.

On a side note they are now owned by Go-Daddy :-(
