Hi, following the security warnings on the cart Admin page we updated from 6.7.4 to 6.8.5 and have been frustrated by what seem like undocumented changes that impact daily workflows.

- We were surprised when our inventory and marketing systems that use a weekly CSV Dump showed zero sales - only to discover that the cart has added an unexpected 'Tracking' column that broke those calculations and isn't documented anywhere that I can see.

- It appears that the "Purge Deleted" button / feature is gone from the Order Admin pages, and the cart now purges orders automatically after the status is changed to Deleted. This seems to make it impossible to undo deletions or search refunded / deleted orders as we've done in the past.

- What was once easy PDF printing of order pages for our archives has added extra mouse clicks every time since the pretty formatted Order screens no longer seem to print easily with a single page width in IE.

We seem to be discovering new issues daily, and would be grateful if in the future the Updater Forum will alert us to these sorts of usability changes so that we can avoid surprises.

The Purge Deleted button is still there and hasn't been removed. The order page is now a lot more flexible as you have control of the layout via a new css file that is user editable https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=109122

Hmmm.... our fulfillment crew is complaining that the Purge Deleted button is gone, but am I right that (unlike in the past) starting with 6.8.5 the button only appears when there are deleted orders to purge?

If so, it still seems like an undocumented change that caused some confusion.

It has only appeared when there are orders to purge, I don't think that has changed at all.

The purge button has moved, it's up by the search / new order buttons.

If your on a mac you can save as PDF from the print screen. On windows there is Print to PDF plugin we have used for years.
