Hi, we use IP Blocking sparingly, primarily for a handful of really abusive repeat customers.
Is there a way to edit the the message that appears only for transactions that are blocked because the IP address is on the IP Blocking list?
We'd like to provide error message wording that will tip off our telephone staff in the event someone calls to ask why the blocked transaction didn't go through.
Ordinarily we'd test this by trial and error, but there's concern about locking out our own IP with the test.
