Hi Keith

The message is editable in the store control panel under Admin Email Messages > Notify Back In Stock Email

Thank you. I have edited the email message but the page that the customer is directed to is wonky.
If you follow this link, you can see what I mean.

Is that the same URL as in your main admin settings page in the Store URL field?

That is where that link comes from. It looks like that is the home location of the store side of your site ie where you have cart.php, products.php etc

You could remove this from the email message %storeurl% as that's the variable taken from the Store URL setting.

If we do that then the customer gets no link?

You can remove that variable and then add the link of your choice.

Really appreciate your help.

Yes, just type the URL and remember to include the https. Test it afterwards to make sure it appears how you would like it to.

Thank you so much.
We have a second site that is completley dynamic and it shows up with this at the top of the page:

<"text="#000000" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0">

How do we adjust this?

That is an error in the code of the page, probably where the <body> tag should be - I would check there.

How do I find that page?
I have always been baffled by this.
Sorry.
Thanks.

I would use a text editor like Notepad ++ https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v7.5.6.html and do a search for the text (or part of the text) and that will tell you which file or files it is located in.
