Hi, we'd like to be able to edit the error message that appears when a sale doesn't go through because the user's IP address is on the Blocked list.
In the past, when an individual with a blocked IP called to advise that a purchase didn't go through, our service personnel sometimes had a tough time figuring out why.
In one case a fraudster with a blocked IP tried to get our service desk to enter an order with a stolen payment card through our own system - which almost worked.
A custom message, editable through an <includes> statement, would allow us to show a message like, "Please telephone our support desk at 800-888-8888 and mention error code IPB2." This should help tip off our service personnel about the reason for the blocked sale.
