Is there a list of options that can be set outside of the admin page?

For example, we don’t offer in store pickup and i want to turn the option off.

Hi John, welcome to the forum. When I first started hanging out here, many moons ago, I had trouble remembering how to find those.
Then I realized the there are shortcuts right on the left menu here on the forum.
Under the "how it works" menu.
You will find lots of goodies in there.
