Last couple of weeks we've had personally experienced as well as had customers comment that their editor toolbar won't stay open ... it doesn't open by default, which is just an inconvenience, but when you DO open it, it closes when you click into the content region itself.

We've noticed this behavior in different PHP versions.

Any ideas?
