FedEx Declared / Carriage Value

Aquatech New Member Canada 59 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 05/10/2018 : 06:36:33 Hi, We are in Canada, but we ship a lot to the U.S. using FedEx. Because of the way our FedEx account is set up, it is not necessary to add a Declared value or Carriage charge to the shipping cost. Is there a way to turn that off in ECT ? Paul

Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 05/12/2018 : 01:20:48 Hi Paul If you don't mind doing a custom edit can you open inccart.asp in notepad and search for... <DeclaredValue>" & totalgoods & "</DeclaredValue> ...and replace that with... <DeclaredValue>0</DeclaredValue> ...then test to see if it is still working.
