Is there a way to force the customer to purchase at least a quantity of 1 product when the select a certain type of product.

For example, i sold shoes without shoe strings.
Every time someone buys a pair of shoes they MUST purchase at least 1 pair of shoe strings, but they could purchase thousands.

I really want to restrict the customer to a quantity of only ONE of item A. and FORCE them to purchase at quantity of item B when the purchase item A.

Item A is a major purchase and no one should be allowed to purchase more than one. But A is useless without at least buying ONE of item B. But we want to encourage people to buy a LOT of item B.

Thank you in advance!
