Coupon Code not working

Posted - 05/30/2018 : 11:07:30 I have setup the coupon code in the admin which is to be storewide, no restrictions. It is a one-off for one of the site owners customers. The value is £20.00GBP and is valid for 90 days. As you can see from the video screenshot below I get a success message. The problem is the store is initially recognising the code then it does not, as can be seen in the second video. I have just setup a discount and that shows on the product that Discounts Apply. When added to cart and the soft cart shows on screen the discount is showing. Once clicked on Checkout in the soft cart the next screen shows the discount. That order is showing correct in the Orders Admin.
