Is there a way to change the check out to say "Billing Information" rather than "Customer Information"

You can find that in vsadmin/inc/languagefile_en.php, copy the edit to vsadmin/includes.php so it doesn't get overwritten by updaters.

Add this to your vsadmin/includes file.

$xxCstDtl='Please enter your <font color=red>"Billing Information"</font>';

I like to use the red highlights. You may not.
