I apologise if this has already been raised. Is there an option to bring up a pop-up explaining cookies on the site and getting people to accept, or do I need to get some third party script?

There isn't one in the software as the cookies used for the cart / checkout aren't really a GDPR issue but if you want a script that's good and free, have a look here https://cookieconsent.insites.com/
