Having opened an order in the admin, under the Shipping section, is there a workaround whereby we can have our own couriers name in the dropdown? Currently there is USPS, UPS, FedEx, FedEx Small Post, CanPos, DHL & Australia Post & Other.

A similar kind of implementation to the How did you hear about us? as used on the checkout page whereby adding extra via the includes file.
