 Shipping First Name Blank

I'm having an issue where when some of my customers have clicked Same as Billing Address the First Name box is left blank in the shipping address. When this happens it tells them there are no shipping options available. This isn't happening with each customer but is happening about half the time and I am not sure why. When I look at the billing address all the fields are filled. I end up having to put their first name in the shipping address myself. Help is appreciated. I am on Ecom. Plus PHP v6.8.5

I've also noticed that if a customer comes to the site and adds items to their cart and there is a zip code and country selected it gives them the "There are no methods available for your shipping destination" error. For it to go away and actually give them an estimate they have to select the zip code box and hit enter for the error to go away. This doesn't always happen either but again I'm not sure what causes it sometimes and other times not.

It's a new site, so there had not been but a few orders before yesterday when this started happening. However I was migrated from IX Webhosting to Site5 Hosting recently and these new orders are the first since that migration. Any chance this could have caused the issue? Nothing else has changed.

I'm at a loss. Everything I look at seems fine, yet it just randomly works and then doesn't work.
