Hi, I am attempting to download a CSV of my products and I am getting the following:
This page isn’t working worldofonesixth.com didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
What could be the reason for this error?

Have you just installed an ssl certificate on your site? The reason I ask is this is the error I get in Firefox when attempting to download using dumporders.php Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to yoursite.com. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. It could be masking a permissions problem but I think it's more likely to be ssl related. Can you show the error message to your host to see if it's something they can fix for you? Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

The ssl has been installed for over six months and I have been able to access the download these files before before. I'll show my host the error message.
When you refresh the page though it does download the dumporders.pho file. The contents come up empty though.
I am only looking to download my stock inventory though. Why would it default to dumporders.php?
I attempted to download the file removing the "s" from "http" and it gave me a file containing my latest order only.
Any of this help is solving this issue?
Thanks, Eddie

I reached out to Godaddy my host provider and they confirmed that the SSL was working properly and all systems are running smoothly. What do you recommend I do now to access my csv files?
