I have been noticing that when customers checkout on our store website using Paypal and their shipping address has more than 1 line, for example aprtment number, this extra address line is not being shown on the order itself. We have to go into paypal to see the full address. Can you please let me know how we can have the full address line 1 and 2 show for all future Paypal orders?

I'm not clear - are you using

useaddressline2=TRUE

in includes.asp to show a second address line on checkout but that's not showing in the admin orders page?

I did not see this line "useaddressline2=TRUE" so I added it, I'll test and see if this was the culprit. Thanks!
