Cant login into the permission setting for other u

Posted - 08/05/2018 : 14:02:34 I cant seem o login to set the permissions for the other users There is only one other user who is editing inventory and they only have permissions to edit the inventory only. Now i cant even get to that page,, as I log into the change and edit perm section and all i get is a change password option. any thoughts?

Here is what I did that seemed to cause it both times. 1. Reset an existing users password. 2. They only have Produce Admin and Product Options permissions. 3. They then can login, do work. 4. They either logoff, or quit the browser without logging out. 5. They call me to inform me they cant log in, OR, they can log in. 6. Me, the admin.... I can no longer login into the vsadmin page.
