I have recently updated to version 6.86 of the cart.
I have a desktop version of the site in one folder off the root of the web site.
I have a mobile version of the site in a different folder off of the root of the web site.

I originally set this up following the instructions at this link:

I originally handled this by setting the store url in each of the different /admin/includes.php, file for the respective sites (folders).

Now that I have updated to version 6.8.6, the shopping cart checkout button takes the user from the mobile checkout to the desktop version of the checkout page during this process. It works fine when on version 6.1.

How can I specify to keep the mobile version of the store so that it uses the mobile checkout pages of the mobile cart?

I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to solve this problem that started after I updated to version 6.8.6

The switch to https pages is also not working properly for the checkout on the mobile site either.

I think this will be because you need to set both these parameters in your vsadmin/includes.php files...
$orstoreurl='http://www.yourstore.com/';
$orstoreurlssl='https://www.yourstore.com/';
Of course if the site is all on HTTPS then set both to the HTTPS form of the URL.
