A customer contacted me with an issue. I pasted what he told me below.

Everytime I hit the send payment button on Paypal, it goes back to the Heartfelt site and says "phone number required." I have the phone number entered on my Heartfelt account and on my PayPal account, but it continues to say "phone number required."

The transaction does not complete on PayPal and his order is then listed as unauthorized on my ECT Admin page. This is not the first customer that has complained about this although it is not common.

Is this a PayPal issue or is it something on ECT?

Can you see if you can set the phone number to optional in Paypal as Andy suggests?
