The transaction was paid using Paypal Express. The money appears in our account. All seems normal except for this phrase appearing. dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10468 Posts	Posted - 08/15/2018 : 09:26:02 Yes, 15005 is the most popular code we see for Paypal payments, and like Andy says, this was declined (by their bank) initially. I expect you have paypal payments pro (AKA Paypal direct) and other forms of paypal available on your site. That being in the private notes, comes from paypal payments pro and I expect your client tried that first, declined, then chose the paypal express option.
