Using v. 6.9.3.
I have made sure the current js file is uploaded.
I have checked the path to store is the same as on the main settings page. It does resolve to the correct URL.
I have changed the add to cart image to a button and then back again.
I am using both ectcart and ectstyle2 linked style sheets in the cart page.
Emptied my cache, refreshed the page and still no styling. Where do I look? This is a live site.
Thank you.

Hi, can you post a link, or put it in your profile?

What I would do is right click on the cart page and select "view source" then look for the links to the css file(s), make sure they are there, and click them to make sure they come up.
If you have no styling, it's surely a missing css file, or you can fixed it and not cleared your cache.
To hard refresh, hold down ctrl and hit F5 on your keyboard.

Hi

David is quite correct there, it sounds like either a cache problem or the path to the ectcart.css file is not correct. It could also be an early version of that file so make sure the latest has been uploaded from the updater - it does have a date at the top of the file to check...

I worked too long and too late last night. I double checked everything this morning, made sure I had the latest ectcart, js and the style sheets were the most recent and all is well this morning. Thank you for your help. As always, ECT is the best, and thank you dbdave.

You're quite welcome. Trust me, I have had those panic moments on the live site too.
