The recent email about ECT Version 7.0 asked for new feature suggestions, so it seemed like a good time to share a few notes we've jotted down. These suggestions are all about things that happen when users are logged in.

1. In the address selection screen of the cart, when logged in, the dropdown menus don’t let you see the whole address. Consider updating the formatting (radio buttons?) in a way that shows the complete address.

2. Don’t allow a logged in user to enter an email on the address screen of the cart. The order is automatically associated with the login’s email, so entering something different here is useless. Nothing happens with that entered email, rightly so. Hide or delete this row?

3. Make the site have some feature in the header that you click to login, and shows the login status. That way the user can log in or out from any page, not having to go to clientlogin.asp.

4. Is it possible to support login with Google or Facebook? I’m not sure how that works, but users seem to like it.

Thanks!

#2 wouldn't really work for site owners that do not use the client login feature.

#3 Perhaps you might want to try the mini login feature that will show on every page.
