SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

trendyhounds Advanced Member 251 Posts	Posted - 08/24/2018 : 11:30:39 I did the latest update last night & now I'm not receiving my email notifications of orders. When I did a "resend email" I get this error: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate. What does that mean?

trendyhounds Advanced Member 251 Posts	Posted - 08/24/2018 : 12:12:50 There wasn't anything in the password box so I entered that. The box next to it was automatically "Set:Yes" so I left that.
