I have not received a single rating since I updated to 6.9.4 We send request daily for rating and always get some. I just tried to put on in my self and it did not come through to my control panel.

Please let me know what I can do to correct this. It is very important to us.

The first thing I would do is run the updater again and hopefully that will sort it out.

That would have been to easy of a fix. Just ran it again and then tried a test rating. No luck.
