Since the update to 9.4 my auto emails when we change from authorized to shipped is not going out to the customer. My customers are not getting the email that gives them the tracking numbers. Can you help.

Are other emails working ok which are sent by the store? It would be very unusual if it was just one order status type.

The email that goes out when we make a sale is going out.

We just figured out that we had to ship it outside of the order detail to get the email. Thank you.
