I can get to the admin page, but I cannot login today.

I cannot login with the users account or the admin account I just get the "Sorry your login / password was incorrect."

Servelink moved me to a new server if that helps. And we had a domain name change from www.cny.org to www.cny.org, but even with the name change I could login before today.

Please advise sort of important

Note: Customers can make sales but we are not getting email notifications and again I cannot login to the admin panel to check it out. We have a fairly recent version (I just cannot see the version number right now)

I would use the password reset file available here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/troubleshooting.asp#asp8 - remember to remove the file when you're finished.
