Just had an order from a customer who has a free shipping log in. The item ordered should have been marked "Does not qualify for free shipping" (or similar) since it is set that way in admin. After checking the item on the store, the statement is not there, nor is it there for any of the other items with the Free Shipping Exempt setting. What am I missing?
The free shipping exempt and product discount exempt apply to those set up in the admin discounts page rather than the through the client login feature - there's an explanation that Vince posted recently.
No doubt I'm being dense here, but what is the purpose of the "Free Shipping Exempt" entry in the product admin?
At this point, ignoring the customer having a log in with free shipping, why are the products that are tagged "Free Shipping Exempt" in the product admin not showing the text they once showed to alert the customer?
