"Check total and proceed to process payment" is missing from the cart.php page.

The page was working fine, we made a change to the global variables line xxChkCmp in the includes file, something in the change broke the page, so we restored the working code, verified it was working, then attempted to re-edit the xxChkCmp in the includes file, and xxChkCmp no longer displays.

We updated to the most recent version, but that didn't restore the original xxChkCmp variable either.

We have added "Check total and proceed to process payment" directly on the cart page, but are wondering why the global variable in the languagefile_en.php no longer works as it should?

Can you make sure the languagefile.php include line comes before the includes.php line in the code?
