I recently updated my site and now every single page throughout the site has Page Not Found - Site Name in the browser tab even though the page loads without issues. Does this in virtually any browser. Using Chrome, but it does it in FF and Safari as well. Does anyone have any ideas? The site is Wordpress with the latest version of the ECT store running on it.

Can you check the pages are listed in the Pages Wordpress admin page?

Also can you let me know what you have at the top of the code in a page like products.php or cart.php?
