USPS or FedEx tracking not working

Her comment to me was: The order tracking feature does not seem to be working for either USPS or FedEx. Do you know what the problem might be? Suggestions? Thanks. Ray Cramblit

When I go to the tracking page it has the two logos (USPS & FedEx) and when choose either one it just reloads the page. I assume it is supposed to go to a form to enter your tracking number. I never go to that page so I am not sure exactly what it normally does.

I added the link to "css/ectcart.css" in the head of the page and the page styling changed but I would assume there should be some form appear to enter my tracking number. Nothing happens when I click to show activity from the dropdown. Ray Cramblit

Posted - 10/19/2018 : 13:09:16 Can't seem to make the UPS selection disappear from tracking.php. 1) Have UPS disabled in cart admin shipping settings 2) Have $trackingcarriers="usps,fedex"; in the includes.php file. What else can I try?
