When trying to use Froala to Insert Image within Category Description I receieve

Something went wrong try again...does not matter the size of the image tried

Hi

I'm afraid there's no image upload feature for the ASP version and Froala so that would be why you get that message. You would need to upload the image via FTP and add the path to the image in the category description field.

For the PHP version check your server PHP installation / settings and make sure you have "fileinfo" and "imagick" available. ITZAP posted a helpful screenshot here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=110209&whichpage=2

Still not working

We have enabled imagick and fileinfo extensions for the domain drtemtusa.com as per your request. You may verify it from the below snippet:

fileinfo
[root@earth public_html]# php -m | grep imagick
imagick

Can you check the folder you are uploading to has full permissions?

What folder is the default for uploads?

The default for image uploads would be /prodimages/

Permissions are at 755 for that folder always has been fine till using this app
