I have a customer that's having continued issues trying to log into his account to place an order.

He keeps getting an error message that tells him to "Please enter a valid email address".

I've logged into his account using that email address and the password with no issues.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I was wondering about the browser but then it's past that as far as I can tell.

I won't be able to check back here soon as I'm at the hospital. Wife just came out of surgery and I'm waiting to be called to her room.

Hi Walt

Hope all goes well for your wife.

I would suggest he tries another browser. It may be he's using an incorrect saved login or something like that.
