I have a customer that's having continued issues trying to log into his account to place an order.
He keeps getting an error message that tells him to "Please enter a valid email address".
I've logged into his account using that email address and the password with no issues.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I was wondering about the browser but then it's past that as far as I can tell.
I won't be able to check back here soon as I'm at the hospital. Wife just came out of surgery and I'm waiting to be called to her room.
