Had an order come in at the stroke of midnight the other day. The same order showed up on the 24th and the 25th. It stopped Ship Station from importing orders so I looked at the database to see what was up, it was missing the session number and had a bunch of NULL's in columns not shown on the other orders, I wasn't able to edit the NULL's so I had to re-enter that order manually to get SS to import orders again. Just thought it was weird, had never encountered that before. The first image on the left is the orders on the 25th that morning, 2nd image is the 24th, and the database entry with no session ID. Note there is no order time under the order date.

Servelink has been moving sites to a new environment. Have you shown this to them to see if the timing is related to these?
