When a user (other than me) tries to log into the administration they get a "Login Disabled: (Repeated login attempts)" error!

1. What can I do to correct the problem?
2. How can I whitelist the user to prevent it from happening again?

Hi Earl,
If you're the main user just login yourself, go to change password and reset the password on the user who's locked out.

They'll be locked out because of too many failed attempts to login so really they need to be more careful so it doesn't happen again.
