We have a client using PayPal Pro and she has had several incidents in which a PayPal Pro payment is processed 2 or 3 times so that she has to refund the duplicate payments.

Any ideas? We're checking with PayPal also ...

I haven't heard of that happening before. While waiting for PayPal I would run through a dummy order, see if there is anything out of place on checkout and then refund.
