Hi there,

Also since my SSL certificate and migration I am not receiving my site order confirmation emails.
( has always worked before)

I have made the smtp server: smtp.servelink.com
as suggested by their knowledge base.

However it is still not working.

Please advise.

If you still have problems it might be worth asking there if your settings are correct.

Hi Andy,

I have followed that link instructions however it is still not working.

I just want to confirm on that link instructions it mentions adding this parameter smtpserverport=587 to the includes.

If one adds that parameter, can one leave out the Username and password of the email address in the control panel.

When they moved our site, emails quit working as well.
I had to go in and re-enter the email password in the admin main settings.

Yes, I have managed to resolve the problem.

It had to do with passwords.
They put both of my domains in one account.

So each time I set my password for orders@ironmongeryonline.co.za it reset the password for orders@bathroomware.co.za

So how I got around it I created new email address to use in the control panel for each and each with different prefixes.
And forward those emails onto my other email addresses.

It is a round about way but has solved the problem.
